A few years ago a new development of three story houses were built nearby, and then a couple of years ago the huge new estate on Sandhill Fold took place. Two years of noise, dust, dirt, heavy transport up and down Green Lane - hell for local residents. Now you are considering building more houses on green space on Idle Moor. Furthermore, I believe if building permission was granted access would been via Kenstone Crescent which would be nigh on impossible due to the narrow winding road and sharp turn to the access point. The land is also clearly unsuitable for building on holding a large quantity of water under the surface. Please leave us alone - we are sick of new builds around here.
