Representation Summary:

This allocation along with Sun Lane would take the provision above the identified need of 549 units. The site is within the green belt and there is no justification for building on this site when there is surplus brownfield land. The access will be through Scalebor Park which already serves almost 200 houses so cannot accommodate any more vehicles. As a resident of Burley I think this constitutes overdevelopment. Also, please note that there is no swimming pool or leisure centre in Burley contrary to your statement.
