Representation Summary:

the development of this site for residential purposes is not suitable, available or deliverable on the grounds of land ownership, access, housing need and Green Belt . I object to residential development on this site. restriction constraining the use as grazing land, no viable access and the site meets 3 of 5 Green Belt criteria with no exceptional circumstances.
As a local resident on the Scalebor estate the development of the subject land at Scalebor House is also not acceptable in Green Belt release terms – if one dwelling isn’t how can 110 dwellings be?
The Scalebor site was redeveloped for housing as it was a major developed site in the Green Belt and was a brownfield site. This should not now permit an extension of the existing estate in to adjacent greenfield, Green Belt land . there is no evidenced housing need or exceptional circumstances for Green Belt release.
