The proposal for 30 houses on this particular site doesn't appear to take serious regard to the unsustainable traffic situation as it is presently.
If each household has 2 vehicles the potential traffic situation, as well as the accompanying deterioration of air quality, leaves one questioning how desperate would one be to want to actually live there.
The loss of the old building as a community resource is to be regretted as no new amenity is proposed for any of these developments.
