Draft Bradford District Local Plan - Preferred Options (Regulation 18) February 2021

Representation ID: 355

Received: 21/02/2021

Respondent: Mrs Luciana Parker

Representation Summary:

Loss of privacy
Loss of habitat, hedgehogs, bats, owls, a nesting pair of sparrowhawks.
Mature trees necessary for roosting, nesting and co2 absorption in an area with very poor air quality.
Dangerous access onto a busy, fast road.
Run off onto an existing flood plain.
This is Green Belt. Can rules be changed just to suit? Where would that end?
Would housing be affordable and eco friendly? Solar panels, hedgehog highways, summer migrating birds habitat?
There are plenty of brownfield sites around which could be developed to much improve the regeneration of our beautiful area, not built on with ugly unimaginative housing developments
Thankyou
