The main reasons for my objection are:
. The aim of green belt is to keep the land `open`. The plan will result in the loss of farmland and wildlife habitat and contribute to the Bradford sprawl
• The already busy Bingley Road will experience a further increase in car use. Assuming c 140 household this represents possibly 280 additional cars using this road. There is also the question of access.
• Extra pressure on local services and amenities such as schools
• There are plenty of brownfield sites in/ around the city which could be used as alternative locations.
