Concerns are raised including relating to how the plan is structured, bias in decision making, housing numbers and densities, viability, loss of green filed and green belt land, infrastructure, failure to identify the Richard Dunne site which could accommodate significant housing, conflicts of interest, to land gifted in trust for open space and recreation, to the provision of loss of and analysis of public open space, to how S106 monies are and have been uses, and to local opposition to proposals.
