We strongly object to this development due to access. This part of Ron Lawton Crescent is so narrow it is single-file traffic, hence the cobbled area here suggesting it is semi-pedestrianised. It is far too narrow to allow access for more traffic - one new house on this road has already been refused recently due to problems with access. 110 houses will create a great deal more residential traffic as well as many more delivery vans. Scalebor Park consists of many family houses and extra traffic would be dangerous for children playing in the whole Scalebor area.
