Marchcote (CO1/H) already suffers flooding. If these fields are no longer needed for grazing they should be rewilded or trees planted to reduce the flooding problem lower down the hill. Where will these households find doctors or schools for their children? I understand that local schools are already full. The infrastructure just isn't there.

Brownfield sites are available in Shipley. These should be used instead.
