I object to the use of BA4/H on the grounds of extra traffic and congestion, which will be caused on Green Lane, and the junction of Green Lane and Otley Road. Traffic will back up and cause problems for Otley Road, Green Lane and Cliffe Lane. This is already dangerous for traffic and pedestrians. Part of this site (the old college site) is directly in front of Springcliffe House and will cause overlooking and overshadowing. this area also has had problems with severe flooding in recent years causing damage to housing and businesses, and a threat to life. Green Lane regularly gets flooded with surface rainwater as there are drainage problems. Trees and grassy areas provide a natural habitat for wildlife and must be beneficial to the environment.
