Representation Summary:

The road infrastructure around the local community at, but not exclusive to Marchcote Lane, Coppy Close, Main st, Lysander Way will be unable to cope with the large plant vehicles requiring access to the site and for the increase in traffic from the proposed residents. Research indicates that most households have 1.5 cars resulting in more than 230 cars just in this area. This does take in to account the increase in traffic to the wider area with the proposals further afield at Nabwood, Hallmark card site and wider. Without significant work the roads will not cope.
The number of accidents will increase - there have been two fatalities in the past year. Bats and other wildlife including deer, lapwings are active in the March cote lane area.
