Loss of green space which has especially during Covid shown to improve mental health and well being.
Increased volume of traffic and danger to children playing.
Green space protects against air pollution
Local children can play here safely.
The benefits of development do not outweigh the disadvantages for such a small number of housing units
Brownfield sites should be a priority for developement.
Protection of green space should be a priority for the community health and well being and protecting against climate change
