A ‘brownfield’ site, until recently it was one of your ‘stone/grit’ storage locations. It is a major eyesore positioned as it is, as a ‘gateway’ to the Village from an easterly direction.
It’s in a good position with Village access.
Housing would need to be of good quality design and reflect the character of our village.
