Access issues, one of the access routes is due to exit at the top of manor farm close, this is a SINGLE track exit onto marchcote lane, .it cannot cope with more cars trying to exit, on to another SINGLE track road called Copy close. A lot of cars park on marchcote lane outside their houses, making most of marchcote lane a SINGLE track road with three proposed exits. Flooding, we already have floods of water coming off the fields, the drains are already overloaded, this water floods down marchcote lane every time it rains more building will make the flooding worse. We also have the bingley. mains water main running down the fields from Chelow dean, at no time is this shown on plans, also there is a beck behind the wall, at top of I think this is called the tank, this also floods in heavy rain.
