1. Increased risk of flooding due to increased demand on drainage when new houses built. Already water flows down hill onto march cote lane.
2. Education - local schools already oversubscribed which means school places will be more difficult to secure therefore local children will have to travel futher.
3. Increased noise/air pollution whilst buildingwork ongoing.
4. Habitat destruction.
