If it is essential that housing must increase for the area to reduce the housing shortages (homelessness) then this is a good compromise to build a small development.

The positives with this would be that the flood planes would be reviewed and potentially solutions found in this area to reduce the impact of flooding.

The negatives of this particular site is that its very close to Ashland's Primary School for solution levels.
