Building on this site would increase traffic problems at the notorious Otley Rd/Green Lane junction. Green Lane/Coach Road is the main access route to Titus School and increased traffic use to access Saltaire World Heritage site means it is heavily used, often parking probs causing difficulties for buses etc. Back up of traffic can affect residents of Coach Road. Flooding also a problem affecting this site and concerns re protecting variety if wildlife.
