Coney Lane Bridge needs adding as a constraint before any further developments take place in KSE

Surface water drainage problems need resolving in Long Lee

Moss Carr Road (MCR) is a narrow cul-de-sac road and therefore is not suitable or safe access for a major development of 103 dwellings. The poor condition of the road and poor drainage will only be exacerbated by more traffic and dwellings and will lead to damage to the homes on Moss Carr Ave.  

Instead of `creating open spaces’, why not retain and protect some of the open spaces nature provided for natural drainage?
