This site for residential purposes is not considered to be a suitable, available or deliverable option on the grounds of Green Belt, land ownership, access and housing need considerations and I strongly object to the proposals for any residential development on the site. There is a restriction on title constraining the subject site to use as grazing land and the site meets 3 of the 5 Green Belt criteria with no exceptional circumstances for Green Belt release. There is no viable access solution either.

Additionally:

As a local resident on Southfield Road we would be overlooked by this development.

The site is on a North facing steep slope and would be prone to flash flooding and winter icing.

Local flora and fauna would be displaced.
