I do not think that the Sites proposed for Cottingley fully take into account the existing problems of over congestion within the area.
There isn't enough capacity with the amenities, Doctor's Surgeries and Schooling. Access to the proposed sites is going to be a massive problem.
Especially the site C01/H (adjacent to Marchcote Lane).
Also why are Green Belt sites even being considered when there must be brownfield sites available to be developed?
