The site as outlined shows access at Marchcote Lane and Lysander Way. As a resident of Marchcote Lane I can say without any doubt that this road is already over congested with vehicles already parked on both sides of the road. At school times there are a large number of vehicles that park at the bottom of Marchcote Lane in order to collect children from school. Coppy Close and Ryecroft Avenue are already bottleneck roads. It will not be long before there is a serious accident there. There are already issues with Carers visiting elderly patients and struggling to find places to park. Adding more houses to this specific area will cause utter chaos.
The Doctors surgeries in the surrounding areas are already stretched passed being able to provide the necessary medical services.
The schools will not be able to cope with the increase in children the site will bring.
