* too many houses proposed and too large a site. Only 135 needed at very max.
* threatens to use more Green Belt land than is necessary in contradiction to area strategic objectives and local & national Sustainability, Climate and Environmental priorities.
* concerns re. sprawl and lack of opportunity to create stronger Green Belt boundary could be addressed by creating Green Belt buffer in first field on east of proposal and restricting development to remaining three ( at the very most 3.33 )westward fields.
* no certainty sufficient Primary school places in local school.
* allowing any vehicular access via Lysander Way would be a severe mistake given the awful daily problems and dangers that already exist there and at the junction out onto Cottingley Moor Rd.
