Although I have no objection as the site is brownfield ,I have objections relating to the factual information regarding access to the site which is incorrect .Odsal road is not the existing access for the site and is quite a distance away .The site constraints relate to access the land to the north is a crude unadopted rd adjoining the main highway in proximity to a school .access to the south is via a busy A road on a steep hill with restricted width ..
