An access road onto Marchcoate Lane will increase the volume of traffic significantly. The current gridlock around the school create very long tailback so the addition of yet more housing will make it impossible for the locals to travel. Green field sites should be preserved for people to enjoy, especially at times like these. Please use brownfield sites instead. The impact on travel, schooling, quality of air and wellbeing will be detrimental to the local population. Reject this planning proposal if you truly care for the environment.
