It all good and well-adding new home to a field, but how is the local road infrastructure expected to handle it? 150 new homes, with two cars per household, that is an additional 300 cars.
• Firstly, March Cote Lane would suffer from this traffic increase, adding risk for local children with pollution and road safety.
• Secondly, Cottingley Moor Road, beside the primary school, is suffering a significant problem with child safety due to the number of cars currently around the school and high pollution levels already.
While all filtering on to an extremely busy Cottingley Cliffe Road, how do these plans hope to address these problems?
