I have walked the boundaries of this site over several years. It is often waterlogged. There are 3 watercourses close by which end up in the Aire either on Branksome Drive or into the beck in our back garden.
As recently as Feb 2020 the culvert on the A650 got overwhelmed and the road flooded and so did our garden. Any extra construction - no matter how good the developers attenuation work is - will add to the flooding risk at Branksome and further down the valley into Leeds. This could potentially blight the lives of thousands of people.
Please do your best to find brownfield sites, smaller sympathetic developments and insist on local companies building passivhaus standard housing. Come on Bradford you can do better than this
