Representation Summary:

We were informed that the land adjacent to Black Dyke View was not fit to build on and would remain green belt, which massively swayed our decision to buy. The disruption (noise, pollution, road access) to the residents of our estate will unacceptable. There are many families with young children that enjoy the quiet, no through road we live on, allowing access to further area's of the development will no doubt open the end of the road increasing traffic and causing a safety hazard for our children.
