We were told that this piece of land would never be built on and was part of the decision we made to buy our house. We also don’t want the disruption of construction vehicles coming in and out of our estate. We have been waiting for the road in the estate to be finished for 4 years now, which is already unacceptable and this development will make this take much longer. There are lots of children in this estate and it would be too dangerous to have trucks and JCB’s etc coming in and out every day. All of the dirt, mud, dust and sand has only just gone from when the estate was a building site before, we shouldn’t have to keep putting up with it.
