Seriously you.need to look.at these parcels of land (March Cote Lane/Nab Wood and Mercure developments are all.linked by geography) in a much more joined up way. They do not exist in individual silos.
We all.know water runs downhill, pipe.it off into Cottingley Beck and you'll create flooding downstream, bye bye Cottingley Manor park, Cottingley old.village buildings, Yorkshire Clinic, Dixons academy, and oh the 200.new houses plonked on the fields by the Bankfield.
What about respect and duty of.care to people already living here?
This is a flooding disaster waiting to happen and it's on your watch.
