You have proposed to.build 1242 new homes within a Mile of Cottingley. It doesnt matter whether 2 of them come under the Shipley ward or 2 in the Heaton ward etc.
This is going to crucify Cottingley, and paralyse it from a traffic point of view.
200 extra houses on Greenbelt next to the busiest roundabout in the area?? Are you all having a laugh?
Please reconsider.
