This area is full of wildlife, it is a peaceful cul-de-sac at The Harrowins. Building on this land will decrease house values. The main road into Queensbury center is already a bottle neck. Without adding more homes on this route. With potential of a new estate being built on the golf course, Queensbury is at risk of not having any green spaces in the future. This would make a lovely park not a building site.
