•Loss of light or overshadowing into rear gardens for the Queenshead park development
•Overlooking/loss of privacy
•Visual amenity (but not loss of private view)
•Traffic generation onto Brighouse road and Queensbury traffic lights.
•Noise and disturbance
•Effect on listed building and conservation area
•Loss of trees ( please note that the trees in that area have a protection order against these)
•Landscaping
•Road access ( there is no access through road onto Harrowns farm drive or Black Dyke View at all and this is not acceptable as the roads are now complete with council street lighting.
•Nature conservation - This area is a path for local wildlife including deer and badger's that we see on a regular basis and should not be disturbed, it is also the home to lots of other wildlife including bats and a barn owl.
