I would like to object to planning permission been granted to build these houses. The access via harrowins farm drive is already congested & busy without adding 40 further houses. The traffic already travelling around the estate is excessive & is dangerous for children playing out & parking issues are already a big concern. A further 40 houses having shared access via the same entrance would worsen the issue. In bad weather the road becomes hazardous & as residents we all struggle to get out. Access to the site is also narrow & often obstructed by parked cars. The houses overlooking the golf course will also loose their pleasant view which is unacceptable.
