Greenbelt land should be protected, especially on the perimeter of the town.
Skipton Road is often congested with tailbacks at peak times extending back as far as the Addingham turnoff on the A65. Any development that increases traffic will exacerbate this problem.
Development will result int he loss of habitat for wildlife and plants.
