The access via Harrowins farm drive is unsuitable for another 40 dwellings and around 80 cars, based in 2 per household. Access into and put of Harrowins is already difficult on to a narrow section of the brighouse road with cars parked opposite the entrance. Also this is a valuable enclosed nature area for small animals to thrive and has the main sewer system running through that land. The sewers already struggle to cope with the existing property.
Even this moderate increase of traffic on the main brighouse road and adjacent park lane without the promised improvements from Bellway would further add to the conjestion heading into the village
