Representation Summary:

We live adjacent to the parcel. Ref KY15/H.

• destroying green belt (GB) due to the limits of other sites. Use areas made redundant re Covid.

• The government says GB should only be used in exceptional situations.

• These areas are amenities for now and the future. Plus a source of income and food.

• Runoff water from Rumbles Moor have flooded streets to the South of the site turning footpath into stream.

• Some gardens and have been flooded. Water ingress.

• Building will stop more water being absorbed causing more runoff. Climate change will probably affect.

• Mature trees are a feature.

• The Site supports a wide range of birds animals and including Wood mice, Voles, Toads and frogs, Bats, Tawny owls, Swifts, plus flies, in decline

• Access will disrupt residential streets & create danger for children and elderly.
