I object to the planned build on March Cote Lane because, the two proposed entrances on an already congested road will create more traffic and this will create an impact on the nearby residents.
As half of the properties dont have drives or garage, Emergency vehicles and large cars struggle as it is to pass on the road. It is only a matter of time before there is an accident now, without wagons etc driving on to the said site.
There is only one way in or out of Cottingley to March Cote Lane is, Manor Road to Rycroft Avenue then into Coppy Close, therefore the extra potential traffic which we may get, is going to cause problems.
