This small area, TH5, does not have an adequate road structure to support a development here. There is a 'pinch point' already with two way flow of traffic only just managing by drivers being patient and courteous. If a development went ahead here, peak time traffic would be hazardous, particularly for pedestrians and especially children walking to school. Additional houses at TH8 might be a better option.
