This site could be developed with out impacting on the local natural habitat and wildlife to provide a lovely place to live for families.
The site is not overly visible from the majority of existing local residents or passing traffic.It could also be enhanced by utilising existing woodland barriers and provide green space for residents.
It would also ease the housing pressure on densely populated areas who should also have the benefit of their own recreational areas and space.
The site is also a low flood risk which a serious consideration these days.
