3. Increase in traffic - will cause further traffic build up, greater congestion and more pollution in Ilkley and surrounding areas.
4. Environmental concerns - Ben Rhydding and Ilkley sewage sites are already stretched and unable to deal with current capacity, regularly overflowing.
5. Schools - secondary school at full capacity,
6. Additional building - the proposals doesn’t take into account other developments that have been taking place and are already planned (approx 30 per year recently in Ilkley).
