This site being developed offers opportunities for families to live in a popular and lovely area.This land is not accessible to the public but if developed would provide easy access to lovely walks for families to enjoy through Hirst Woods, along the river aire and the Leeds Liverpool canal. Some consideration has to be given for other people to enjoy this area rather than increasingly adding more housing into already densely populated inner city areas, who have a right to maintain some green space to enjoy.
