In relation to the four proposed sites in Ilkley/BR, I submit the following points:
1). Skipton Road East (20 units): this is a long standing derelict site, on the former railway line. It lies at the entrance to Ilkley coming from Skipton, and is currently unsightly. I strongly approve of the upgrade to this site, and the proposal seems modest and proportionate, an improvement to the town.
