Totally unsuitable green belt farm land prone to serious flooding with existing old mine workings.
Very difficult access without huge amounts of money spent on new road infrastructure, then you still have an issue with the single lane canal bridge.
I'm unsure why and who in Bradford Council has even considered this site when accessible brownfield sites are available.
