•the loss of land at Ba1/H will remove valued land that is a haven for local wild life and enhances the natural environment – the increase in 5 houses, with a loss of 1 house on Walker Wood to provide access is unjustified and will only benefit the speculative land owner who has been waiting for an opportunity to build (allegedly). The loss of this land for a net increase of 4 homes cannot be justified.
