I object to the proposed building on marchcote lane. I am concerned about an additional potential 300 vehicles regularly travelling through cottingley down coppy close and rycroft ave which is a walk to school route. I do not think cars approaching from bingley or shipley will use other routes into the village. I also worry about risk of floods/poor drainage and power outage as were experienced with the previous housing development at oberon way. What measures would be taken to stop this happening?
