Site is unsuitable.

The area has severe drainage problems with many underground water courses and springs. The area has had flooding problems since 2008. Currently (as at 7th March 2021) Bradford Council Drainage officers (for the second time) are assisting the adjoining Swine Lane residents to try and mitigate these ongoing flooding issues but they feel that little can be done against the sloping terrain and natural occurrences. To build here would be a housing disaster
