Proposed Cross Lane development is not in the Oxenhope Neighbourhood plan, would increase traffic past the school, would detract from Oxenhope station and the beck is liable to flooding.
There are better sites in Oxenhope such as further up Moorhouse Lane or Hill House Lane / Hebden Road which are in the Neighbourhood Plan.
