I strongly object to the building of 139 further houses on Green Belt land at Carr Bank (KY15/H). Although this is classed as planning for Riddlesden, it quite categorically changes the nature of East Morton Village. The previous huge development on Swine Lane took away the farmland that framed the conservation village of East Morton. The result of which was huge numbers of children competing for places at the village school of East Morton with original residents. The proximity of this new housing to the school placed some of the children from the original housing at a disadvantage.
