Objection to the proposed planning to the green belt area of tong/fulneck valley.
I can not understand why anyone would believe that building in such a beautiful natural, historic land would benefit people.
Development would cause damage to the environment, increasing volume of traffic and pollution
It would damage wild life. Speaking from a personal opinion and a local resident, I have been working from home during the pandemic and have needed the outdoor space to support my wellbeing and mental health. To reduce or damage this green belt area which is rapidly reducing in our area anyway would be devastating for everyone.
Pudsey has just been voted one of the top 10 places to live in the UK, one reason being that we have lovely outdoor areas to explore and enjoy. We need to preserve what we have and cherish it for our future generations.
