The site is used recreationally by families in housing nearby due to lack of gardens. The area is already densely populated. Would take away one of the few remaining fields in the area. Roads not suitable for Heavy plant machinery. Especially as there is a nursery close by. Disruption/noise to locals for 5 years not acceptable given their proximity to the proposed site. Impact on nearby house prices.
